Vegetables Acid "Sayur Asem"


Material: 

-2 L water 
-100 gr tetelan, pieces, dice 
-2 pieces of bay 
-2 cm ginger, geprek 
-Melinjo,  
-Peanut, secukupnya 
-Melinjo leaves, secukupnya 
-Long beans, potong2 
-Squash, cut dice 


Subtile flavor: 
-5 cloves of onion 
-2 pcs garlic 
-3 pcs red chilli 
-1 tsp paste 
-3 tbsp salt 
-2 tbsp brown sugar 
-5 tbsp tamarind water 

How to Make: 

Boil water until boiling. 

Enter tetelan, and salt, boiled until soft. 

Enter the bay, ginger, spice and subtle, even to poke boil. 

Enter melinjo, and peanut. Boil until soft 

Enter melinjo leaf, long beans, and squash 

Lift the cooked vegetables and spices permeate, served warm
